 | Ben Waidhofer is the president and chief executive officer of El Dorado Hills, Calif.-based Laru Corporation, a provider of software applications for ACH risk and compliance management. Waidhofer founded the company in September 2004, providing consulting, technology design and development services for Washington Mutual Bank and three other banks. In September 2006, Laru released its first product, ACH FileFox Pro, an ACH utility system used in researching ACH transaction errors. Laru’s most recent product, ACH Clarity, is a stand-alone risk and compliance management application for financial institutions, assisting in identifying and preventing ACH fraud and network violations, as well as monitoring exposure and controlling risk, for both originating and receiving deposit institutions. Prior to starting Laru, Waidhofer served as vice president and technology analyst at Calnet, a Sacramento, Calif.-based commercial bank that has since merged with Washington Mutual Bank. While at Calnet, he was responsible for developing a comprehensive business and real time banking platform, using .NET Web Services. Waidhofer has over fifteen years of engineering, software development, network and graphic design experience. He has created new products and managed development teams in six unique industries.  | Carl Daniel is the co-founder and chief technology officer of El Dorado Hills, Calif.-based Laru Corporation, a provider of software applications for ACH risk and compliance management. Along with Ben Waidhofer, Daniel founded the company in September 2004, providing consulting, technology design and development services for Washington Mutual Bank and three other banks. Daniel is primarily responsible for the development of Laru’s software products. In September 2006, Laru released its first product, ACH FileFox, which works as a compliment to existing ACH systems. Laru’s most recent product, ACH Clarity, is a stand-alone auditing tool for financial institutions, assisting in identifying and preventing ACH fraud and network violations for both originating and receiving deposit institutions. Daniel has served as a software engineer and independent contractor on numerous projects in the California area. He has more than 20 years of professional experience covering all phases of software development, from initial concept design through technical support. Kearney III has more than 17 years of successful high technology leadership experience in Sales and Channel Management with a background in mobile, wireless and software enterprise solutions. Early in his career Lawrence J. Kearney III served as a NW Region Channel Manager with Telxon Corporation where he was responsible for growing and sustaining a best-in-class partner program into a dominate industry supplier of mobile, wireless products and solutions. Subsequent to Telxon, Mr. Kearney had successful careers in enterprise sales at Symbol Technologies, Inc. and Motorola Inc., the industry pioneers in mobile and wireless solutions in the roles of High Touch Account Manager and Territory Account Manager. Kearney is a graduate of the University of Albuquerque, Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and a minor in economics. |

| William Vaughan is chief operating officer of Laru and a member of the board of directors. His responsibilities include operations, finance and business planning. Prior to joining Laru, Vaughan was chief financial officer, vice president of administration, a member of the board of directors and chairman of the Audit Committee of SunTaker, Inc., where he was responsible for all corporate finance, treasury, accounting and financial planning functions. Prior to SunTaker, he was chief financial officer and vice president of finance of Solid Data Systems, responsible for investor relations, strategy, administration and accounting. Additionally, Vaughan has held senior finance positions for two publicly traded, venture-backed companies, Salix Pharmaceuticals and Fusion Medical Technologies. |
