Rajiv Donde
President and Chief Operating Officer
Rajiv Donde is Laru’s president and chief operating officer. He has extensive banking and risk management experience. Donde worked as a bank regulator for the State of Ohio and as a risk manager for a private deposit insurer in the same state. He has authored and developed Early Warning Systems (EWS), to monitor the performance of financial institutions and detect operating weaknesses. He also co-founded AnyTime Access, an Internet-based outsourced bank lending software company in 1996, and saw it through to a successful acquisition in 2000 in the capacity as chief information officer and executive vice president of strategic alliances.
Donde has held several C-level IT positions in other industries including healthcare and banking. He is an adjunct professor of Technology Management at California State University, Sacramento.
Donde has a master of business administration degree in finance and information systems from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, and a master of arts degree in economics from The Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University.
Carl Daniel
Chief Technology Officer
Carl Daniel is the co-founder and chief technology officer of Laru. Along with Ben Waidhofer, and Phyllis Baughman, Daniel co-founded the company in September 2004, providing consulting, technology design and development services for Washington Mutual Bank and three other banks. Daniel is primarily responsible for the development of Laru’s software products.
Daniel has served as a software engineer and independent contractor on numerous projects across the nation. He has 30 years of professional experience covering all phases of software development, from initial concept design through technical support.
Daniel received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from California State University, Sacramento..
